First off, I want to start by expressing my gratitude to you, dear reader.

It had been years since my last article and oh my God had life turned, and spun, and danced around for the past 5 years. And it got me thinking. I had felt not ready for the last… um, all my years, except maybe in childhood when I popped into this world. Oh, wait, no. Even then nurses initiated the contractions and were like “Let’s go!”.

You can say I was born not ready. Not ready to leave the womb, not ready to go to the first grade, not ready to leave my life behind when I immigrated. So many “not readys” . And yet…life. moves. on.

Shouldnt we?

And as I was sitting here feeling into what’s my next adventure. I realized how many adventures I had already had that I could’ve shared with the world. Not beating myself up here. More so noticing the pattern. That seems to be something my brain is good at. I’m sure yours as well.

But what our brains are not good at is initiating change. This is the area for our hearts and souls. But about this another article.

What I want you to do if you are reading this is just get up and do one thing that you had been postponing to initiate. You might think this is just returning the stupid packages from Amazon, or it might just be doing dishes (and I am no Tonny Robbins to tell you to go get it). What I am offering is understanding that your whole life consists of little tiny things. And it does not matter what are they. Behind all the different functions of your life, there is you and the way you do everything. Trust me, it’s usually just a set of a few habits.

But by doing them FOR YOU not because you decided you have to your life will start to feel lighter. Because one by one you will initiate yourself into a completely different feeling, qualia of your life. You got just one, like me, right?

If I was not afraid I would’ve documented my whole journey. I am not trying to set the stage for shame, but to start when you are ready. And I never felt I was until I decided so.

Wishing you a lovely initiation.
