We all have a voice inside our heads. An internal dialogue.
But how often do we listen? I mean stop the rut and observe our own inside voice?
Do we ever really stop?
Seems too scary, doesn’t it?
If you are reading this right now and need permission to take a breath from the always on mode – you have it. Still hard, right?
Besause majority of us are wired for the marathons, not sprints. We don’t even know the difference. It’s all run, run, run,do this, do that.
And I am not going to try to stop you. I will introduce an idea for you to ponder. What if in the daily marathons you try something different? When you reach to check the phone – take it as a sign to check in with yourself first. When you will be at the grocery store nenst time just mindlesly going through what you “need to get” – you introduce curiosity and innstead ask yourself what is calling your name right here right now? What do you want? Not what you usually “want to” (read “need”). But you. Uiquely as you are. At this very moment. What. Do You. Want? Perhaps even need – but that might be a deeper conversation.
We run through life forgeting that we one get to live this one. Uniqly yours. Beautiful life here on Earth. My hope is that this article moves you to caurageously step into the unknown. In as big and tiny ways you are ready to allow yourself to get plesantly surprised.
Go explore.
I’ll meet you here.
